AI: The Double Edged Sword

HAVE THE HUMANS ALWAYS BEEN BUILDING TOOLS FOR THEIR OWN SELF-DESTRUCTION?

Apocalypse rises when the humans get the choice of using a thing in different ways. Necessarily when it is causing a disorder in the society whether the disorder has a positive or negative rationale on its necessity. When the Almighty God announced that He is sending Human beings as holder of successive authority to Earth, the Angels argued that it will create the chaos or disorder and would shed the blood.

The history has proved that he has created the things which brought self-destruction of him. Even they are ready to handover their art of judgment, risks evaluation and critical thinking. We would go with the current scenario of digital automation and technological advancements or the disorder brought by Artificial Intelligence.  

Efficient mode of Self-Destruction

The progress of AI has undeniably shocked the whole world where it is acting as a force multiplier and solving the complex tasks in an easy way and with frameworks providing the room for further developments and it is transforming day by day and becoming more independent and more logical but at the same time we have entered into a more efficient form of self-destruction instructed by the algorithms that does not cause us to bleed. It is rightly assumed that  

When you give too much power to anything, it corrupts. 

It would be very disguising to only show the positive side of this disorder. 

The Rise of Agentic AI

As now the AI chat bots are developing into the Agentic AI which means they are trained to solve the complex workflows and are capable of making the decisions based on the information provided and give a more sophisticated way of solving that problem. So when they are capable of being making the decisions and can find the risks and can detect frauds then the role of a chartered accountant is going to be an ethical auditor. 

AI Agents as Humans

As the perfect testing of humanoid robots have taken place like  Optimus that has Agentic AI in its programming is actually learning how to handle the humanoid things ,it would take 4 or 5 years more to attain the capability of replacing even the laborers. 

Unemployment: A true fear 

It can be thought that when huge developments would be made and they would be so trained that they get the perceptions, experiences and the adjustments that humans can do and becoming a thing that can outsmart its creator or potentially delete them then the humans would become free of their work as most of the operating jobs would be replaced by them but the society does not want man to be free because the freedom means the disorder. 

Perception is the action. We just have to become aware. 

There is another thing to be concerning that would the AI be helping in ending the poverty or it would start the new wars. Ending the poverty would never be the goal because lust of power makes the powerful feel that it only suits him so he will try that the benefits do not reach the bottom. 

More Advanced AI, the more Advanced the Military 

Fifth generational cyber warfare is the use of data and intelligence against the rivals to stay ahead of them or to have a control on the finite but necessary resources and eventually for disorder. And so are the tariffs war and the invasion plans are undergoing. 

Deception of Universal High Income  

 Another feeling coming outward is the concept of UNIVERSAL HIGH INCOME. It seems to be a false perception but the physical assets turning into digital currencies and the AI controlled trading and fresh competition can cause the irrelevance of it by the reason of abundance or it would only deepens the gap between the rich and the poor which actually seems so. 

The Non Equitable Environment 

 This level of environment would make the things even worse with more unemployment and food shortage and more population that inhabits this Earth than ever before. 

Post AI Entrepreneurship 

Another thing that how would the post AI entrepreneurship would look like after the transformation with the entrepreneurs so smart that can handle things and all the chaos through technology with detailed overview and more knowledge and this is why it is a perception that the world is becoming smaller and smaller as infinite growth practices are taking place on a finite planet. 

More growth meaning the more need of Resources 

One more thing has to be understood that training and running large AI models require an immense amount of energy by the data centers and so is the water or the other cooling systems and it is causing different implications on the climates too. This will cause another competition in the energy sector for the demand of fuel and the war for minerals especially silicon, lithium and others necessary for manufacturing chips. And so has the prices of chips have gone up. 

Revolution as a Disorder 

As the world is facing a revolution or the disorder now all of the information of ours is not ours that they have access to everything and the predictive AI features in the apps have all ears now and use it for the brands promotion, human psychology and remembers to keep a person intact with their social media activity without the people permission. AI video and voice clones can be made and it becomes really very hard to differentiate between the real and the generated content.  

Controlled or the Regulated Growth of AI 

Can the growth of it be controlled or slowed down or regulated? The answer is surely no. It imposes a thought in mind that we would be able to make them the co-pilot not the captain of the ship sailing through the ocean of this time realm. The humans have created their own successors that can compare calculate make the decisions of the complicated tasks and design the new things in a simpler way that the  human brain cannot think of as even after the 40 thousand years of evolution. They say that they know how to implement or train the models but do not know that does actually the models use internal reasoning. In this era of advancements, the correctness and the real facts matter. 

The AI Market 

It is like the stock market that which is created by the finance people but do not know how would the market reacts. They can only deal with the probabilities. It cannot stay limited as every country would want to push its limit so that its rival cannot go ahead for their own safety. This level of competition is affecting the trade and the mutual interests of the countries. New world order is forming where the ones are choosing their new friends and the new rivals. 

Algorithms turning the perception 

As social media was created to connect the people but instead of it, the algorithms are corrupting the people’s minds and making them loose their perception. This is why the people believe what they watch but would not even try to investigate the truth. And the perception is that they will lose their point of view and this can be used as the cyber warfare tactic.  

Filters applied Information 

We have to admit that because of the more information people are more stressed than ever, and one of the reasons so true to be is the feeling of inferiority. And want of escaping the reality. People want to live more in the limited edition of their life as the curiosity makes them that you should know what comes next. Making a person all-knowing of the current affairs leads to an emotional imbalanced life. This is why filters have to be applied on the content consumption. 

Synthetic Biology        

If we see the progress of AI in the medical field that diagnosing the diseases is becoming easy and more developments are being made in the Biomedical Engineering for different apparatus and machines for better care. But there still rises a thought in the field of Synthetic Biology that with so super intelligence, Viruses can be made more easily in the labs as if you consider Corona which impacted the whole world and has the potential to create the complete chaos that affects the community at large and some would do it gladly.  

Skilled labor to excel 

Another trend being followed by the business community is to start the manufacturing of their product from their own native country to mitigate the risks and due to their government policies so the native country can make most out of it. And so are the jobs of physical work would be present for the longer time than the others when the job replacements by AI are becoming a nightmare.  

Talking to someone who lacks emotion 

Why is that now the people find it more suitable to chat with the chatbots but keeps no feeling to talk with their family members or friends while decreasing their social circle and creating more loneliness for themselves. This social anxiety is creating more patients than the intellects it should have produced. This continuous effort to stay aware of the happenings has caused low temperament to stay calm and hold the person in being to stay vigilant and dedicated towards its goal. 

Beneficial AI

Artificial Intelligence if equipped well and the humans are able to make most out of it, and then it is going to be the very thing that would benefit and would serve the humanity as the intention matters. There are always good and the bad people. 

Revolution means the disorder and we have to perceive it as an action of which we should be aware and play with the steadiness. Inherent risk of making chaos creates violence that does not stay limited but burns everything in their way. The curiosity of human beings has made their thoughts that they want to explore the unprecedented skies created by the well-known without being seen.  

Enough to live without fear 

Things are still in control. We have to understand that the type of AI models we have now and be building in the next 2 years would be enough for the humans to live a smart and an equally competent world and are true to be called as Beneficial AI. 

Super Intelligent Models 

Otherwise, when it would reach the level of super intelligence, the level of intelligence where the models would be so smart to create their own backups and making and training their self-developed models, where it cannot be unplugged. This all chaos would become easier when the technology would get cheaper. And there would be no way back. 

So it is good to be transformed in a controlled AI manner.
